1. The prize draw is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over and not employed by bunch & box, or persons directly involved in the administration of this prize draw. This offer is only applicable in Australia.

2. Bunch & Box are giving away five bunches for Mothers Day 2011. All you have to do is register your entry on our website www.bunchandbox.com.au  to be eligible to win.

3.  Prizes will be drawn May 1 2011 and winners will be notified via email. bunch & box  cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit through the internet.
 
4.  bunch & box reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. .

5. bunch & box reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the competition entry  (including a user’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any registered user who submits inappropriate entries. Failure by bunch & box to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. When Notified, Should the winner not contact bunch & box to claim the prize within 2 weeks from the draw date, to verify address of delivery  the unclaimed prize will be re-drawn.

7.  All complete submissions will be entered into the prize draw which will take place as indicated in next point, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of any terms and conditions attendant on the prize.The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
 
8.  The prizes will be awarded  before Mothers Day  - May 8 2011. The winner will be notified by e-mail only. The judges decision will be final. bunch & box will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of  bunch & box shall be final and legally binding.

9. The entrants and winner consent to Bunch & Box using the their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).

10. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions.

11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of bunch & box, bunch & box reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority and or to the participating product supplier, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law,  Bunch & Box  (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under bunch & box's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the bunch & box ) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the bunch & box ; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
